Directv - Direct TV has horrible customer service

I believed that I had cancelled DirectTV through cancelling my Century Link package. No one told me that I needed to contact DirectTV directly. Now they are charging me for a month of "access" that I did not have and there is nothing they can do about it. I was a long time customer who never missed a bill!

Awful customer service. All Reps are from the Philippines and nice enough but no knowledge of products, packages or promotions. Used to be a very personal experience with stateside Directv employees.

AT&T has put customer service reps out of work here in the US while using untrained, unskilled reps in the Philippines.

They denied us DirecTV due to a bankruptcy but told us that they were going to come and install between 12 and four and never bothered to call and let us know that so I took the day off from work for nothing where to go DirecTV you're the worst ever I hope all your future customers read this

Direct tv is now part of the att team. They are ameba brained specialist. Co service team has deliberately put me on hold several times hoping that I would give up, well i did. I'm no longer to put up with their costumer service. I'm out!
