When you call DTV customer service or retention dept they take forever and put you on hold. While on hold they have conversations about other things going on. Sometimes they hang up on you and never call you back. This company really sucks now. I've been with them since 2011. Time to change service provider now.

I was promised a 54.41 bill for 1 year and second month it went up now 3rd month it went even higher the employees are promising things to customers and not going through with it also I was put on hold for 62 minutes and they still never came back on so I hung up what a crappy company taking advantage of people ,what a joke

I received a charge on my credit card for direct TV equipment. I called and spoke to five different representatives. A few wanted to sell me service instead of taking care of my problem. No one could tell me why I receive the charge. After an hour on the phone, nothing was resolved.

There is no accountability. The representatives made changes in my account since the 1st bill in October. Nothing has come to fruition, in fact one representative got so mad at me that she cancelled my account and sent me the box to return my devices, which caused even more problems.

Looked at my bill a month later, $50 reconnection fee?!! but it wasn't my fault you never got the payment notification. Called direct tv/at&t and they refused to refund the $50!
