Scheduled a 8am-12pm window for product upgrade, by 2pm no on showed or called. I called then someone was supposed to call me to tell me they on the way in 10 minutes. I received no calls. They never showed. The whole day I scheduled on my day off and no one showed.

This company has the worse customer service I have ever experienced. First of all they lied and said i entered into a contract that I never agreed to and told me that I had to pay $360 to get out of. Please don't do business with DirecTV. The service may go good for a while but they are going to find a way to increase the bill and lock you into a long term contract. Don't get tricked like I did. Take your business somewhere else. .
