Without exception the "specialists" i have talked to are ignorant when it comes to the technology and clueless when it comes to taking care of the customer. I have been an AT&T customer for decades but no more. The sales tactics they employ are deceptive and predatory.

Direct tv is now part of the att team. They are ameba brained specialist. Co service team has deliberately put me on hold several times hoping that I would give up, well i did. I'm no longer to put up with their costumer service. I'm out!

Worst customer service experience i had today. I was hung up on while waiting for a supervisor. When i called back, i got someone from a different country who placed me on 10 min hold. When she came back on the line, she asked me same questions as before,she placed me on hold. Never got my issues addressed!
