I've been a customer for 7 years and this year is the worst! Every time I need to speak with a csr they have an accent. The problem is I have severe tinnitus and misophonia which makes this vey grating on me. They don't care. Since AT&T's acquisition of DirecTV customer service is appalling, they talk nonsense words with no efficiency to their customers needs. Very, very poor
