I just called Direct TV and was put on hold for 25 minutes and 43 seconds which I feel is horrible. I called earlier and was disconnected after being on hold and bouncing from one recording to another.
Then I reach India and I tell the girl I was disconnected from my first call and would like to speak to a supervisor. I was on hold for over 25 minutes waiting to speak to a supervisor or manager.
I got so fed up hung up. I guess direct tv doesn't care about customer service which is why I had Dish TV and Canceled and may just go to cable as my taxes have gone up and I am being charged more money .
