Not very happy. I asked for a continuation of a discount that I had been been receiving which expired. I was denied because there were no discounts available. I am a 77 year old male and my wife is 75 years old, with both of us living on social security payments. Considering our age, income, and good payment record, I didn't think this was fair as if your company no longer wants my business. There are other providers who would be glad to have our business with lesser prices, but I really would like not to change companies. Thank you.

They made an appointment for October 1 between 8 and noon. I called at 11:45 to see if anyone was coming and they said the appointment was for October 2. I took a day off without pay and they said they could not get anyone to come to my home. As soon as I can I will be canceling my subscription with Direct TV. Every month my bill goes up a dollar of two. Why. Today they called me to say they were on the way I said I was not at home. If they want to give good service they should call me with another date.
