I had Directtv for less than a year. The fee went up twice.

It went from $44 to $143. I called and asked what i got was a.runaround and was told that they couldn't help me. When Spectrum was installing their equipment i called direct tv to cancel service suddenly they could help me and reduce the fee back to $40.

I refused, i didn't trust them to do the same thing again. Also, everytime there was a rainstorm i lost the signal.

Reason of review: Pricing issue.
