After having Dish for 10+ years I thought the bills were out of line.I switched to Direct TV and there was nothing but confusion from the start.
1. First bill was incorrect to the tune of $199.23 2. Thought bill was corrected after Approx 4 hrs of phone time. 3.
Second bill received and showed corrected amounts. 4. Several days later. NO DIRECT TV.
service. 5. Phone contact said there was a credit to my account. 6.
DTV did not know why my service was disconnected. 7. Cancelled Service and am now stuck with the early termination fee.
8.NEVER AGAIN .....DIRECT TV SUCKS AND THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST IHAVE EXPERIENCED IN MY 56 YEARS ON THIS PLANET.

The most disappointing in user's experience was service and poor customer service. Author liked the most final representitve was in america. If you have a chance, please immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
