I signed up to have 4 rooms done. When I realized that only 3 had been done I called customer service.

I spent 2 hours on the phone speaking with a couple different people. Who did confirm that my order form did in fact call for 4 rooms to be done. They said they had to get permission to waive the fee to have someone come back and install the 4th room. When It was all said and done they agreed to come install at no charge.

They transferred me to the verification person to set up a time for them to come out. When I was speaking to this person he went on to tell me that it was going to be $160. When I told him that was not what I was told he proceeded to transfer me back and ended up disconnecting me. Mind you I was on the phone with them for 2 hours.

When I called back I had to start the whole procedure again. Only to be told they would have to call me back.

Guess what they never did. I'm not looking for a discount I just want what I signed up and paid for.
