Directv - Didn't help me
I've been a customer for almost a year.Been trying to get a reciever upgrade, or just a second reciever for my bedroom.
I've been lied to about the amount of time I have to wait,one rep tells me 6 months and the next tells me 1 year. The last one i spoke with tells me I can't get one.
I've paid my bill on time every month and i would like to watch TV in my bedroom.There is no doubt in my mind that I will never be a direct TV customer ever again.
