Directv - Didn't reconnect my service, now charging me for service i didnt receive
I used to be a customer of DirectTV, but when i moved they were to re-connect me they never showed up.They finally contacted me about my service and when i told them it had never been re-connected the lady re-scheduled an appointment for them to be there.
And again they never showed up. So i called another company for cable.
Now i am getting a letter saying i owe $1,210.40 (for 4 receivers that were shipped back months ago).We use to love Direct TV now I tell everyone I know , Call somebody else.
