Still sitting waiting for my install. Scheduled day wasnt done installer showed up 2 hours before scheduled time i was given.
Shuffled things at work to be here and tech wasnt able to wait. Contacted support 2x's and told to rescheduled and did. Called tech and spoke to him and was told another tech was being sent Thursday the 15th and If i was pleased oriinal tech would come do work. Well its friday and no one yet not even a cal from the 2nd tech which had my number.
Someone from Dierct Tv call me this is not acceptable.
Not even a supervisor has called, so much for customer service being a priority. Long weekend ahead and thats no good for us.
