Direct tv sent me a bill from two years ago. After my bill was paid in full they said i had movie charge on my reciever, so that means they can bill me how many years later and im suppost to remember if i order that movie.

How can they even do that they have was to much control over are credit. There has to be a billing period they have to stand by??

I have had Direct tv for years and always had problems with there billing department but this one tops the cake. Customer service is some thing to be desired.
