Direct TV customer service sucks!!No one person has the same answer and will put you on hold for ever when you ask to speak to a supervisor.
We have been having the same problem for one year and they are now telling me that is has only been one month.
They need training on how to read and be nice to the customers, cancelling service and will never use them again.After one year you can not receive any more discounts, that is crazy, why would I want to pay more then $100.00 a month for their service, the CEO is loving his pay check
