I was a faithful customer for 10 years with Direct T.V. until a customer service supervisor named Joesph hung up on my daughter after an internal error on Direct T.V.
part spoiled my daughter's Christmas gift to me. The company acted as if they no longer needed our business, so they got there wish.
After three calls to there company one for 19 minutes,one for 29 minutes and the last for 31 minutes with no results I changed to Dish and I will never go back and will pass my story against Direct to everyone that ask. Pissed off, you bet!
