The person on the phone tells me they are #1 in customer service.I cancelled their service and they said I would receive boxes to and them back.
4 times later no boxes. They say fedex says the boxes were dropped off. They can't give me a tracking #, but I should take their word. Also fedex is not a vendor of theirs.
Said the customer care advocate who argued with me. They don't pay for the boxes. They have no control over them.
Well I see it as they have no control over anything, especially their PRICES.By Direct TV
