I've been with direct tv for several years. And today my service was interrupted.
My bill states the 17th as due date and always been told that as long as I pay past due balances by due date then i'm fine. I called and was willing to pay past due this morning. The rep said okay and somehow call was disconnected. I called back and they are now telling me i have to pay bill in full that terms have changed.
I spoke with a supervisor and basically said pay it or no cable. I explained the rep this morning did not tell me to pay bill in full just past due and now i'm being told something different. He said I was told wrong and what he is saying is right. I'm done with directtv.
I've had too many problems with them over the years especially with billing.
