I have been a suscriber since 2006.At first, I had no complaints.
Now I have a million. The Quality of the customer service especially using overseas agents. They are no help. I had one rep proceeded to cuss me out literally.
Then how they no longer handle issues, just pass the buck. Or demand money, that is it. We have issues when we moved the installer, was a complete *** our dish sits on center blocks where children or pets could come in contact with it. It took them months to never fix the issue.
This is on going with then since 2008.Any issues other than money, Direct Tv wont handle it.
