i have had directv for many years an had high speed internet with them for 3 years, i cancelled my internet with them in oct. an have continued to be billed every month.

I have spent atleast 45min every month since then trying to get the internet off my bill,an every month they tell me they are tsking it off an then next month its right back on there.

i have sent equipment back an they show it takin off after i call but i still continue to be billed.could someone please tell me how to stop this without cancelling all my service!!!!!
