Horrible way of doing Business, I've had Direct TV for over 10 years, I've had a few things that have gone weong, the last one has me furious, the antenna wnt bad on me, so, they installed a new one Exactly where I told them Not to, now, here comes winter, I can't get a signal, It's been over a week and they can't promise when they can get a tech here to fix it, I explained the situation to them, they couldn't do anything for me, I'm handicapped and prevously would just open a window and clean off the dish when snow would accumulate on it, this time I trudged through waist high snow to clean the dish because they moved it where I told them not to
