We were sold a bogus bundle package from Direct TV back in November. We've since been told by AT&T that the phone and internet offered by Direct was never available in our area.

We have tried since to disconnect and they will not disconnect. They continue to bill us against authorization and are threatening to report us to the credit bureaus. Our bill is now upwards of 700 and we disconnected their equipment three months ago. Can someone help us out of this mess?
