I signed you for the $19.99 programing and was set up with an appointment with an installer.

He was suppost to be there on a Sun. called and canceled and rescheduled to next Sunday because he said it looked like rain. I explained it was sunny where I was and he still would not come. Found out later he had been in town and had hooked up another customer on that Sunday.

I get my first bill and it was for $123.00 I called and they said they could credit me. I get my next bill and it's for over $70.00. Called agin and they credit me again. Get my third bill and once agin it's $70.00.

This is nuts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Monetary Loss: $100.
