What a joke, went to upgrade one of there box's to HD . They said I had to signed a new contract for additional year .New contract, new customer no $ 100.00 no rebate .There is no information as far as another new contract for a upgrade on there DirectTV equipment lease agreement .

I was on the phone with sale's rep for 15 minutes with her only to say this company policy . This is an unwritten law that would only srew the customer . Iwould never refer DirectTV to anybody .

Can't wait until my contract is up .Never never again Iwill be a customer with DirectT . Dave Swiss.
