try calling there phone numbers when you need help and there is not one person who answers any of there numbers!! wonder why???
there customer service stinks one person says one thing and the next person say another...one and does not know what the other is doing!! I changed my plans with direct tv because they started charging me 250.00 a month...I had them take away the dvr not know that it was a receiver to one on the tvs in our house and now they want us to pay another 70.00 to get one!! I find that to be ***..
All they care about is there bottom line and not the people who use them!! I will be leaving this company and finding another cable company!!
