We cancelled service.They sent us a refund check and then they sent us a bill for over 200.00.

They said it was. From movie purchases back in 2008. This is 2012!!!!!. Anyway, they said it was from movies purchased on the access card.

What's even more agravating is they came out and changed our boxes back in 2010 so how can I have charges from 2008 if the cards are from 2010.

DirectTV has increased our bill over double in the past several years with no service change that's why we dropped them.All these companies seem to do simluar things to us people.
