I closed my direct tv service on 3/9/12 and they withdrew money from my account on 3/28/12.This was after 20 days, opposed to the usual mailing of a bill or even 45 days later pulling an overdue balance from the provided credit card.

Then they took excess funds than what was listed on the bill stating I had a paperview that was not billed from 2008.They can't provide me with the name of the paperview or the date but they can take money from 4 years ago without even notifying me as a courtesy.

Review about: Directv Tv Service.

Monetary Loss: $248.

I bought a movie off pay per view and it started in the middle of the movie and I have to wait to watch it and when I can watch it again i will have to pay again.It's on 6 channels and I can only access the one that is half way over.

If you disagree with the charges,you can dispute them through you credit card. If you do this though and when the money is replaced,you may have to close the account to prevent DTV from reapplying the charges. I beleive it is pay per view not paperview.
