I have not signed a contract with Direct TV, I have had it for about 8 yrs.THEY WILL NOT LET ME CANCEL MY ACCOUNT, until the bill is paid in full.
I have the same receivers that I had when I purchased it. Have not changed anything on the account, added anything and it has gone up 30 dollars. I am not going to pay 91 dollars for their pour customer service.
I am not sure it is legal since I NEVER signed a contract.Their customer service department is RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND MUCH MORE !
