This had to be the worst company EVER....They have over billed every month I've had service.
Then I have to call to have my bill fixed. Every time I can count on being hung up on at least twice. Must be compnay policy. Three times this has happened, not a randonm accident.
Horrible customer sevice!!! I requested to be removed from auto pay to prevent future over charges, needless to say that didnt happen either.
I had to have my bank make the changes to they couldnt pull my monthly overbilling from my account!!Please save yourself Time and Money dont sign up with Direct TV!!!!
