Direct TV, has cut over 25 channels from my line up, and my bill is still the same. They didn't give us prior notification of this change, or allow this customers to opt out of their service, since the channels we signed on for are no longer available.
I have been a customer with DIRECT TV for 10 years.
I going to cancel my subscription and advising others to do the same, and never refer anyone to them again.
SOON TO BE A PAST CUSTOMER OF THE WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER PAID MY MONEY TO!!! ONE PISSED CUSTOMER.
