I was very unpleased and I tried to call back to speak with someone different but someone continues to hang up on me. I will look at other options.
If this is how they treat new customers I could only imagine how current customers are treated. The CEO of the company should listen to the recordings of the calls, if they are even recorded, then maybe think of restructuring the current procedures and think about moving forward with disciplinary action to the representatives that have caused many people to choose a different provide based on the service provided.
