We cancelled our service after 16 years and received an early termination fee. I could live with the fee - BUT no one at the Company can explain their final bill to me.
We had a bundled package with Verizon ... Verizon paid them on 1/11/17 - Direct TV lists the amt Verizon paid to them as "uncollected amount" - adding $248.05 to our bill. The bill makes no sense and as a CPA I can read any set of financials. I was transferred to the billing department who told me I had to call Verizon.
Verizon told me to call Direct TV. I have sent a letter to AT&T "customer relations." Let's see if AT&T has a higher quality employee
