I think its funny how if you look at Direct TV Promise they should you only positive comments from their customers. Well this is a lie.
Get this fixed or you can take my huge monthly bill and shove it. You make so much money off of your customer you can pay their fees to keep them as part of your content. I will drop you so fast your head will spend and then get their free content via an HD antenna and my other content from Apple TV and Netflix.
Your choice. I tired of this fighting between huge companies that make tons of money off of consumers.
