Directv - Direct TV and horrible Customer Service
Direct TV has been nothing but difficult.I tried to lower the cost of TV servuce with them and they have done nothing but frstrate me to the point of me cancelling my service.
I wanted to lower the bill to a reasonable level ($40 or so a month) from the $64 a month I am paying now. I'd have been happy to give up Verses to acomplish this as I put in my email the channels I wanted and all but Verses was in a lower package. Instead of offering to change the program package I had, they instead took the cancellation of my service with them. Obviously, Direct TV doesn't want to work with their so called "valued customers" as I was told repeatedly I was.
I now have no television service as DIsh is 10X worse then Direct TV and cable doesn't serve my area.
