First, they added a $7.99 protection plan charge I never authorized!They act like this is typical and try to convince me it's worth it.

Then, the agent could not tell me what the new bill is because it's impossible to decipher the taxes. Second, I am due a refund from a closed account. Customer service is a disaster - gave me the wrong phone number to call for "processing" a refund. Called back, got a different answer.

Won't put you through to a manager or supervisor, ask questions from a script even if it makes no sense like robots. Now, they are escalating the matter for "resolution" in 7 days (after 4 months of phone calls).

I will not hold my breath.A sad state of affairs for consumers.
