My List of Complaints is So Big, that I could Not begin to List them!!This Company, ever since ATT bought it, has Run it into the ground!!
To Begin with, you can NEVER, EVER Reach a Living and Breathing Human on a Phone Line!! They are with Out a Doubt a Bunch of Crooks! I had to Stop my Credit Card, to get their Attention !!! ALL, I was trying to do, was to Get the Service Put on Vacation, like I always did!!
Could Not Reach a Soul there!! So, in Desperation, I had to STOP my Credit Card authorization to then!! So, a Word of Warning to anyone thinking of giving DIRECT TV your Credit Card Info!!!!! DON"T!!!!!
Now, they are saying I owe them an Early Cancellation Fee!! I Paid CASH for my Equipment!! My Original Contract was for 2 Years ONLY!! I Stopped dealing with these IDIOTS in the 4th Year!!
I originally, had a Credit balance with them!! Instead of a Cheque to me, they added, an illegal EARLY TERMINATION FEE to my Bill, and Now say I owe them $38.00 !! Screw You ATT!!
