I paid my Direct TV bill with there Pay by phone, I paid it on 11/1/2010 they did not take it out until the 3 of Nov. which caused it to be late so they want all the late charges that go along with that, so I called today they say the never received my payment that they took out of my account yesterday ,so there fore the disconnected mt TV yesterday and will not hook it back up until I pay the 100.00 plus an additional 68.00 for re hook and late charges. I am notifying the better business bureau tomorrow.
