Directv - Direct TV / AT&T customer service
Just received an email that I agreed on March 13, 2017 to a $20.00 discount per month to commit for another 2 years which I did not do.I had a box not working and it was replaced at no charge March 7th.
One rep stated this generated a two year commitment..a malfunctioning second tv receiver that I pay a monthly rental for??? This Issue about another two year commitment not resolved by 3 reps and I am going to pay off just to get away from AT&T. When Direct TV was not combined it was a pleasure to do business with them.
I have been a customer since 2011.Since AT&T bought them the service is terrible and prices keep increasing.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: No two year comitment and everything in regular mail .
I didn't like: Senior citizen taken advantage of.
