Expect to be on the phone with them at least an hour to set up an appointment. It s pathetic.
I told them I work & get home at 12:45, so they sent the installer at 12:20 Took me weeks to get them there. The installer took 3 hours to set up 3 TV s Now I have to set up a date with ATT for the internet & phone connections. They kept me on the phone yesterday for one hour and had to call me back with a date.
I asked for afternoon. I have to wait ten days and cannot have anything other than late morning so I have to leave work and lose $.
