I was charged $69 dollars for NCAA March Madness...which I did not order. I called Customer Service, they didn't care.
They told me they automatically keep it on their if you have ordered it in the past. I have never heard of a Company doing that. Anyway, they said I was notified about having it and that i had to cancel. Of course, it was in the "small print" Long story short I am mad and would like it taken off.
Your employees (one person and a supervisor) said, very rudely, there is nothing I can do. They were extremely rude, blunt and seemed amused that I was questioning what type of business "automatically" charges you for something I did not order. Anyway, I will be doing whatever it takes to cancel my service. Even if I have to pay a cancellation fee, it is worth not giving my business to DirectTV.
Great customer service skills you all have. What a Joke!
