Hello my name is Roderick Latimore and i have been a directv customer for years now. For the past 4 months ive noticed that by bill has went up to 190.00 a month.
Ibe called directv several times inquiring about why has my bill,went up so high. Spoke with an represenative and they stayed that the package that i have wasnt free anymore. I,was defiantly confused because no one spoke with me im reference of,me have an packahe for free. They hung up on me i called back,and a defferent person stayed that it was high because i was past due and i know that was right.
Ive been with directv for years and never paid 190.00 for the package i have and had it tjis same package for years.
I feel like im being ripped off with my montly bill. Ive asked to,speak with an supervisor sevral times i was told that they were business.
