I cancelled my satellite TV service from Direct TV in July, 2009 by email.I continue to be billed each month for service I don't use.

When I called and asked for a credit, I was placed on megahold, spoke to a customer service agent and later, his supervisor, who denied my credit rudely. I then resorted to disputing the payments through my credit card company.

That is NO way to run a business.

I am amazed that in this climate of companies typically bending over backwards to satisfy customers, blatant rudeness and unfair practices can exist!Be warned!!
