I have had the same problem with no signal twice. Each time required a technician. Each time the next date available was four days for a technician to show up. Totally unacceptable.
I hate my cable company, but am switching back. They can't get anything correct.
I leave a phone number and they cannot even get the number correct when I call back.Typically, a call for service takes 15 minutes just to get a human on the phone.
