I had an appointment for a receiver installation between 8 and 12 in the morning. At 12, when no one had shown up, called, or notified me in any way, I called them.
The women at direct tv said to me, "oh I'm sorry, but your appointment has been cancelled today". They cancelled, not me, and when I asked for the reason no one was able to give me one; there was no reason written on my account.
What makes it even worse, is that they didn't reschedule me until an entire month later. Let's hope they show this time.
