After the cancelling of Viacom programming, direct TV was slow and pathetic on handling this situation.

Poor Management and poor leadership are evident. I am moving away from DTV when my contract is up or when they release me of that obligation.

Customer since 1999 paying over $100 per month without any movie channels. Even when the programming returns, they are gone. How they stood behind their customer agreement saying they are not in breech of their contract with me and offered a $5.00 per month credit. What a joke.

The DVR's are slow to respond and DTV will not admit their service is declining in quality.

Call customer retention at DTV and voice your complaint. I am filing with the BBB as well.

We got put into 2 year contracts with all the channels, how can they just cancel these without compensating us or letting us out of our contracts. Maybe we need a class action on this.
