Directv - Direct TV cannot service their customers
I am in the Cocoa Florida area.We were just hit with Tropical storm Fay.
My satellite dish was knocked out of alingment due to the high winds. I spent 2 hours trying to locate the signal. I called Direct TV for assistance They advised it would cost $20 to have a tech out to set me up. I was fine with the charge and requested service.
I waited 24 hrs for a call to schedule the appointment. No call from the scheduler. I called DTV tonight. They advised that it would be September 5th before I would be back on line.
Are you kidding me. More than 2 weeks without TV. I understand it could take a few days and did not expect a response in 48 hrs. more than 2 weeks is ridiculious.
My friend works for Brighthouse she advised they will have everyone back online within 72 hours. The best part if I cancel due to lack of performance pn their part they will want to charge me a early term fee.
I have no rights I thought I lived in America.
