We set up an appointment with direct tv for tuesday march 2nd via the internet webpage. Which informs you that you will have an install appointment within 72 hours.
Well at the end of our 4 hour window for our install we called to find out where our technician was. Come to find out, someone had gone into our account and changed the install date to the following Tuesday, March 9th. They claim no one had gone into the account and changed it but we printed out our confirmation stating that the appointment was for the 2nd. Well after 2 hours, yes 2 hours, 7 representatives, and 3 state call centers later, nothing.
No technician, no install. Just a bunch of contradicting lies from multiple representatives. I was informed the next appointment available if I didn't take the one on the 9th of March would be November 11. Doesn't make sense does it.
So Beware of your appointment set up with them and verify the appointment time as much as possible so that they don't have a chance to change it.
