I have no idea what the charges are going to be for the next month.

Every month my bill from Direct TV changes when there was no new additions.

When they try to explain, they make it so confusing that you are clueless as to why the bill continues to go up each month. They do not itemize the your statement, so you don't know what specifically you are being charged for. One month the bill was for $34.56, the next month the bill was for $43.52 now by bill is for 63.36. It almost doubled in 2 months, but there have been no changes to my Direct TV account.

This is one of the worst companies I have done business with...they charge you for everything, because you "own the equipment." Read my complaint at www.cincipulse.com
