I had Direct TV in a bundle with Verizon. I disconnected service in May with Verizon thinking the Direct TV would be disconnected as well.

It wasn't. I also sent an email to direct TV in May. In Sept. Direct TV took out over $400.00 without my permission and overdrew my bank acct.

The acct. rep told me today I had to call Direct TV to have it disconnected. This is the one of the most difficult companies I have ever had the displeasure to do business with.

Though the Direct TV Rep was pleasant, I will never do business with Direct TV again.

Monetary Loss: $450.
