Direct TV agreed to a settlement in November of 2009, but they sent it to a collection agency anyway. I have been getting calls for the last 4 months for a bill I do not owe.

I have made several calls to the office of the president of direct tv and was told the problem was taken care of. Guess what I got another call.

The customer service department has no idea what they are doing, meanwhile, I am getting calls and my credit report has been screwed up. The calls I made to the office of the president were not tole free and they refused to reinburse me for my expenses to solve a problem they created.
