Direct TV screwed up my receiver with changes it made to the system.They tried to charge me for a service call, which after days of arguing, they finally agreed to waive because, finally they admitted it was their fauly.
The guy who made the service call left the broken receiver.
Now I get a bill for over $300.00 for the currect month's service, the service call, and the broken receiver which I'm now told I needed to return or pay for. "Didn't the service man leave you a return carton?" Of course he did not. "We'll mail you one." Of course they didn't.
Now, a month later, I'm again being harrassed for payment I don't owe.
I believe this could be the basis for a class action suit, it others are being treated this way.
