Disconnecting form Quest and Direct TV is horrible.You make 1 phone call to connect and bundle and then you have to make multiple calls to disconnect.

I an now receiving a bill for 3 months of billed service on a home that I have not lived in for over a year. I disabled the quest and all was great so I thought however the Direct TV did not stop and was billing the address with no body living there. They said Quest should have put me to through to Direct TV which they did not and now they are refusing to wave the 3 months of service to a vacant property.

I will ever use Quest or Direct TV again.They are horrible to work with and will not listen to what you are telling them!!!
