Direct tv customer service is a joke. Try to buy from a company and what you get is an 8 hour telephone call that produced nothing.
Lost my 20 bucks for their access card that expired before I could get back to town to activate it.
Their tech service guy stated that I had to start from the beginning to BUY their service. What did I do--Hung up the phone--called a local business man that sells and services Dish Network and made an appointment with him to install their system into my motorcoach so I can travel the USA and still have TV service!!
