My bill was $140 higher then the regular bill. When i called I got someone outside of the US that said the system was down to call back in 3 to 4 hours, I asked for someone in the US - no the system was down I hung up and called back got another guy that said the system was down a few hours ago but it was back up asked for supervisor since he was only able to apologize and not fix the problem, was disconnected.

Why do they ask for your number if they have no intention of calling you back? Called again same woman in another country said system down call back in 3 to 4 hours. called again. now 10 minutes on hold.

They want my money but no service. I will be canceling and going with a different provider - ATT ruined this company
